Education & CPD
We offer a comprehensive education and continuing professional development (CPD) programme for movement teachers. Whether you teach Pilates, Yoga, somatic movement practices, personal-training, strength & conditioning, dance, sport, or rehabilitation exercise, we have content relevant to your field within our programme.
Education content is primarily provided online. However, we also offer in-person training. Our online offering includes, LIVE sessions, recorded sessions and pre-recorded content, helping you learn and develop your skills in a way that suits you best. With masterclasses, workshops and full courses to choose from, we have your training needs covered.

Online Courses
Our online courses offer a mix of pre-recorded course content and LIVE tutorials. Pre-recorded content has the benefit of being accessible to you 24/7, enabling you to work through the modules at your own pace. You are also able to revisit any completed section of a course, providing you with a resource that you can refer to time and time again.
LIVE tutorials are also offered to help you work through the material with the course tutor. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and develop your understanding of the concepts discussed in the pre-recorded course content.

LIVE Online Workshops
A wide range of workshop titles are scheduled throughout the year. Workshops are either delivered via Zoom or within LIVE rooms embedded in the product pages, giving you access from most locations around the world. We restrict numbers to 18 participants for workshops to ensure you get the best interactive learning experience.
Some workshop packages also include additional pre-recorded content to prepare you for the LIVE workshop. Some also include access to additional pre-recorded content after the workshop to support a continued learning experience.
2024 Education ScheduleLIVE Online Masterclasses
Masterclasses offer a great way to experience novel approaches and exercises in a short practical focused format. If you are looking for fresh ideas then these are a great place to start. Delivered within LIVE rooms embedded in the product pages you also get access to recordings of the session for 12 months.
Masterclasses are essentially mini-workshops. We don't restrict numbers for masterclasses so there is less opportunity for participant/teacher interactions within the session. However, an extra dedicated Q&A session is provided after the main session finishes, where you can ask as many question as you like!
